NAPLES — Orchard Supply Hardware, a lifestyle hardware and garden supply retailer owned by home improvement giant Lowe's, is opening five new stores in Florida, including one in Naples.

The Naples store, on Immokalee Road, joins other new Orchard Supply stores in Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach and Winter Park, according to a statement. All the stores celebrated a grand opening the weekend of Dec. 8 to Dec. 10, the release adds. The company has six other existing locations in Florida, including another in Collier County, in south Naples.

“A year after opening our first store in Florida, it's exciting to see how Orchard Supply Hardware's footprint has now expanded to 11 stores in the Sunshine State,” Lara Lee, president of Orchard Supply Hardware, says in the statement.

Founded in 1931 and based in San Jose, Calif., Orchard Supply Hardware focuses on paint, repair and the backyard. Lowe's bought the chain out of bankruptcy in 2013, and expanded from stores in California and Oregon to Florida in 2016.
