General contractor promotes leader to vice president

Abel Natali most recently served as project manager for Owen-Ames-Kimball.

FORT MYERS — General contracting, design-build and construction management services firm Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. appointed Abel Natali to vice president of O-A-K Florida Inc.

Natali most recently served as project manager for O-A-K, according to a press release. 

He was appointed to the O-A-K board of directors in 2016. He began his career with O-A-K in 2006 as a job site superintendent. Soon after the completion of the largest project O-A-K has had in its 37 years in Southwest Florida, he was promoted to project manager, the release states. 

Natali is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council.   

“Abel is a great fit for this role,” says Dave Dale, president of O-A-K Florida, in the statement. “He has shown leadership that adds value to our operations and the services we provide to our clients. His new capacity is a reflection of the contributions he has brought to our company over the past 13 years.”

An employee-owned company, O-A-K Florida Inc.’s board of directors is comprised of members from the company’s Florida operations. Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. has provided services in Southwest Florida since 1982. The Florida operation is an affiliate of its parent company in Grand Rapids, Mich., and has offices in Collier and Lee counties.
