SARASOTA — The Pines of Sarasota Foundation named Janet Ginn the organization's new president.
The foundation supports the capital, program and endowment needs of Pines of Sarasota Rehabilitation and Senior Care Community.
Ginn joined the foundation as director of development in 2016. According to a press release, she has been serving as interim president since August 2017.
The press release also says Ginn has worked in different areas of development and philanthropy. She served as trustee for more than 1,600 charitable instruments and 800 named funds.
“Janet's abundant experience, passion for our mission and commitment to helping our donors is unparalleled,” says Pines Foundation Board Co-Chair Eddie Morton in a statement. “We are grateful to Janet for all she has done since joining the Foundation and we are excited for the future.”
