'¨Milt Flinn, president of SMR's subsidiary, LWR Communities, is no longer employed at SMR. '¨'¨
SMR President Rex Jensen said Flynn's departure was not performance related.
Lakewood Ranch had a strong start to its sales in the beginning of 2011, relative to its 2010 performance. Developers sold 173 Lakewood Ranch properties in the year's first five months, and sales staff reported a significant increase in foot traffic through the area's information centers.
