BRADENTON — First Watch, the Bradenton-based eatery with a focus on brunch, added two new restaurant locations this week. The company now operates more than 90 stores in 13 states.
One of the two new locations is in the Jacksonville area, in Mandarin; the other is in Solon, Ohio, near Cleveland. Each new restaurant will staff 25 employees from the local area, the company says.
First Watch plans to expand to 115 restaurant locations by the end of 2012. The company, which saw annual revenues grow by 7% in 2010, was featured in a May issue of the Gulf Coast Business Review (see “Well Done,” May 12).
