Stan McClelland will resign from his position as chief financial officer at First Community Bank Corp. of America at the end of the month, a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission shows. The filing did not include a reason for the departure.
Based in Pinellas Park, First Community Bank Corp. lost $9.3 million in the second quarter of 2010.
