NAPLES — Gates Construction has begun work on the Overlook Bar & Grill at The Isles of Collier Preserve, a new waterfront and preserve community of single and multifamily homes in Naples.
Design Services are provided by Humphrey-Rosal Architects of Naples, according to a statement.
The Old Florida-style building will be a concrete structure with wood siding and an aluminum roof over a main dining area and two screened porch dining areas, along with a decorative bar overlooking the Cypress Waterway, the release adds. The interior will be finished with cypress ceilings and beams and ceramic wood-style tile. Members and their guests will have access to the sundeck and pool areas at The Isle Club adjacent to Overlook. The project is slated for completion early 2019, according to the release.
Based in Bonita Springs, Gates Construction serves the Southeast United States and Latin America with offices in Sarasota and Palm Beach Gardens.
