A trio of successful Southwest Florida technology business leaders are joining forces to help ignite latter stage boosters to propel already proven ventures into the business success stratosphere.
The group's model? Strategic scaling and technology implementation, while also crafting exit plans that allow its owners to rocket off into other ventures.
The group is Ignite Partners, a collaboration between Felix Lluberes, Matt Bernhardt and Reema Bhatia. It's been formed to work with companies that have proven market viability with revenue of at least $1 million, or more than $500,000-plus average rate of return.
“We want to help business owners enjoy the fruits of their hard work,” Lluberes, CEO of Ignite Partners, says in a statement. “Often, businesses hit a wall and struggle to keep the growth momentum. Ignite’s approach helps owners achieve a clear business direction, retune the organization to scale and deliver higher-quality customer experience, refocus development to innovate and produce significant IP. These changes, together with a clear exit plan, empower owners and shareholders to have the most successful exit.”
Lluberes brings asset management and GPS tracking expertise to the partnership. He is co-founder and former president of Naples-based Position Logic, and has extensive experience transforming businesses through technology and the internet of things.
Bernhardt, COO of Ignite Partners, is founder of Stickboy Creative and Vectra Digital, both based in Fort Myers. Stickboy is a custom software and application development firm that specializes in artificial intelligence-based platforms. Vectra Digital is a high-tech marketing firm.
Bhatia, CIO of Ignite, has a background in digitally transforming medium to large businesses. “Transforming companies to be industry disruptors is a major focus of the Ignite Partners,” says Bhatia. “We understand what the markets are hungry for now and where they are headed.”
