TAMPA — Sarasota-based Ascentia Development Group and its partner, Atlanta’s Batson-Cook Development Co., have released plans for a new 34-story luxury condo tower in downtown Tampa.
Dubbed Arris Tampa, the building will be located at 507 N. Ashley Drive and will boast panoramic views of Curtis Hixon Riverfront Park, the Hillsborough River and the minarets of the University of Tampa.
According to a press release, there will be four residential units per floor and they will range in size from 1,110 to 3,700 square feet. The units will be priced between $600,000 and $2 million and above.
“Downtown Tampa has a new level of excitement and vibrancy that people across the country are noticing,” states Jay Tallman, president of Ascentia Development Group, in the statement. "Arris Tampa will be a beautiful architectural statement that adds to the downtown skyline, and residents will have world-class art, restaurants and entertainment just steps from their front door.”
A restaurant will occupy Arris Tampa’s 5,000-square-foot ground floor space, the release adds. The building will also offer parking.
Ascentia is also developing Auteur, a 56-unit luxury condo tower in Sarasota. It teamed with Batson-Cook to develop the Virage Bayshore, a condo project on Tampa's scenic Bayshore Boulevard that was recently topped out.
