OSPREY — Resort Lifestyle Communities will host a groundbreaking ceremony April 23 for Seaside Springs, a new senior living community coming to Osprey.
Seaside Springs is an RLC portfolio community, according to a press release.
The $30 million, 180,000-square-foot Seaside Springs Retirement Community will be the fifth RLC location in Florida. It will create more than 30 local jobs. The community will be at 1301 S. Tamiami Trail, the statement adds.
Residents will have access to an in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop and salon.
Resort Lifestyle Communities develops resort-style communities with live-in managers, emergency alert system and concierge service, gourmet chefs, housekeepers, maintenance staff and a full-time lifestyle director.
