TAMPA — StreetLinks Lender Solutions, an Indianapolis-based appraisal management company, opened a new office in Netpark Tampa Bay on Friday, more than double its presence in Florida, a release says.
The company employs 190 in the Tampa Bay area, but plans to add as many as 300 new real estate appraisal and data processing jobs during the next three years, according to a release from Gov. Rick Scott's office. Scott visited the firm's new office on Friday.
The company now occupies 77,000 square feet in Netpark Tampa Bay in Hillsborough County. The company originally occupied 36,000 square feet in Tampa when it first came to Florida in July 2011.
To aid in its expansion, StreetLinks worked with the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corp., as well as the Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance and Enterprise Florida, the release says. Potential incentives for the company's expansion were not disclosed in the release.
