SARASOTA — After Century 21 Advantage's Sarasota franchise was shut down recently as broker Al Deering faced allegations of financial misdealing, this week Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate picked up 15 of its associates for the firm's Sarasota Central and Lakewood Ranch offices.
Pam Alexander, Bill Brame, Mary Christman, Barbara De Soiza-Adams, Debbie Donohue, Becky Freed, Les Freed, Marge Hoffer, Liz Kraeft, Debra Moore, Kay Neary, Tom Schwartz, Nick Sorrentino and Anita Williams will now work from Coldwell Banker's Sarasota Central office. Eleanor Zupp will be based in Lakewood Ranch.
