Coca-Cola Enterprises appears to be downsizing in Brandon, shrinking its space by more than 40% in the past two years.

The Coca-Cola products bottler had previously occupied all 202,076 square feet in the Regency Park North office building. Today, it fills just 116,420 square feet, according to Trepp LLC, a New York firm that tracks commercial mortgage-backed securities.

The $29 million loan on Regency Park was recently sent to a special servicer for processing after the owner of the building failed to make a required balloon payment on the debt in October, when the note matured. The loan is now considered non-performing, Trepp says.

Officials from Coca-Cola Enterprises, whose lease expires at the end of March 2017, did not return an email requesting comment on the downsizing.
