FORT MYERS -- CallMiner added Bob Sullebarger to its executive team this week, naming the telecom industry veteran chief marketing officer.

Sullebarger comes to CallMiner from Vericept, a data analytics firm that was acquired by Chicago-based Trustwave in 2009.

Sullebarger's prior experience with call data analytics should help him at CallMiner, a Fort Myers-based company which analyzes recorded phone conversations using its own specially-developed software.

Through the end of last year, CallMiner had raised $24.7 million in funding from investors since the company was founded by Jeff Gallino in 2002. The firm was featured in an October 2010 issue of the Business Review (see “Mining for money,” Oct. 15, 2010).
