BONITA SPRINGS — Homebuilder Neal Communities hired Michael Agins as vice president of sales and marketing for the company's south region, which includes Lee and Collier counties.
Agins will be responsible for regional sales and marketing. He will also oversee the south region design team and be involved in the development of condominium communities.
In his previous job with another homebuilder, Agins managed a team of selling and administrative professionals in Lee and Collier counties. He also oversaw startup projects, project launches and amenity openings.
“Michael is a smart, thoughtful, dynamic and a personable leader,” says Neal Communities Southwest Florida Regional President Michael Greenberg in a statement. “With his expertise, we know that he can further help the south region grow and look forward to him being a part of the Neal team for many years to come.”
Neal Communities has over 70 communities in Southwest Florida and has built over 12,000 homes in the area, according to a press release.
