BUYER: Lesley Investments LLC (principal: Steven Pimlott), Bradenton

SELLER: Creekwood Investors Ltd.
PROPERTY: 5403, 5404, 5414, 5424, 5425, 5434, 5444 and 5455 Lena Road, Bradenton
PRICE: $1.6 million
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Grimes Goebel Grimes Hawkins Gladfelter & Galvano PL, Bradenton

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
An investment group led by Steven Pimlott, a Realtor with Horizon Realty International, purchased 34.31 acres on the north side of State Road 70 east of Interstate 75 for $1.6 million.

The price equated to $46,634 per acre.

Located within the Creekwood Development of Regional Impact, Manatee County government has rezoned the land to allow for an 150-bed assisted-living/memory-care facility shorter than 40 feet high.

Pimlott declined to comment on the new ownership plans for Creekwood East Corporate Park, but said the use would become clear in the next few months.

Don Swartz of Wagner Realty represented the seller and Michael Sporer of Interstate Commercial Brokers represented the buyer.

“A senior-housing facility is really needed, because of the popularity of that area,” Swartz says. “The closest facility right now is The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch. Plus with its proximity to I-75 it makes it very easy for people to get to.”
