Morgan Auto Group has increased its Florida presence with the acquisition of Sun Toyota & Scion in Holiday, according to a release. The Pasco County dealership was purchased from Jeff Cadwell and Dwane Johansen.
Terms of the deal weren't released.
John Marazzi has been named managing partner of the Sun Toyota & Scion dealership, the statement says. Marazzi, also a managing partner of Morgan Auto Group's Brandon Honda location, will oversee operations at the newly purchased dealership.
Morgan Auto Group is owned by prominent Tampa businessman and philanthropist Larry Morgan and his son, Brett Morgan. The acquisition of the Sun Toyota & Scion dealership, at 3001 U.S. Highway 19, gives the group 14 dealerships, including 13 in Florida and one in Missouri.
