PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A real estate entity managed by Hieu and Vinh Chi Le and Tra Thi Nguyen of Tampa purchased the 171,297-square-foot Nu Air Manufacturing property for $2.8 million.
The price equated to $16 per square foot.
The 9.94-acre parcel features a 170,027-square-foot manufacturing building and a separate 1,270-square-foot pre-fabricated metal building. The main building was originally built in 1974, but was expanded in 1989, 2000 and 2003. The buildings have 16,277 square feet of office space.
The Business Review was unable to contact the buyers.
The purchase company Ashley Property Enterprise LLC mortgaged the property to Bank of America for two loans totaling $2.52 million.
