NAPLES — Allen Systems Group, a Naples-based database management services firm, is set to acquire PS'Soft SAS Inc., another software development company. PS'Soft SAS Inc. is currently a subsidiary of BDNA Corp., based in Mountain View, Calif.

The two companies are already familiar with each other's work. ASG and PS'Soft have been working together for the past 10 years within the IT space, a statement said.

ASG is led by Arthur Allen. In June 2006, Allen told Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto that he would earn $500 million in profits if he took his company public; since then, ASG earned roughly $985 million in revenues between 2006 and 2009, Allen tells the Business Review. The business currently operates a network of 70 offices across the globe.
