The 2.66-acre property features three buildings with a total of 10,458 square feet of commercial space. They were constructed in 1967, 1972 and 1980. The property also features 32 wet boat slips and another 32 dry slips.
The Costas have been renting and operating the boatyard as Yacht Solutions LLC for the past eight years. They started operating the marina/storage portion of the business as well in 2012.
“We are a full-service boatyard,” says Helena Costa. “We plan to keep it the same for many of the reasons the owners wanted to sell to us. They had an emotional attachment to it.”
