LUTZ — Trinity-based Appius Wealth Management is constructing a new headquarters building in Lutz's Northpointe Business Park. The firm plans to create a 10,000-square-foot, two-story building and will occupy the entire second floor. The 5,000-square-foot first floor will be marketed for lease.

The Pasco Economic Development Council worked with Appius Wealth Management, its contractor, the Perry Co., and Pasco County government to obtain expedited permitting.

The new building will provide a long-term location for the company, which expects to see above-average business growth. In announcing the headquarters, the Pasco EDC, says the firm is projected to grow at 20% a year and could double its number of employees over the next three to five years.
