Downing and McWilliams run the small animal medical practice My Pet's Animal Hospital in Lakeland, and Downing has since joined the staff at Sarasota Animal Hospital.
Sarasota Animal Hospital is a small-animal veterinary hospital that provides medical, surgical and dental care. The facility houses a pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, a hospitalization area and indoor boarding kennels.
The purchase entity Platinum Veterinary Group mortgaged the property to Live Oak Banking Co. for $1.5 million and to Sarasota Animal Hospital, Hasse & Hasse DVM PA for $315,000.
