VectorLearning receives $24M

TAMPA — VectorLearning, an online education firm based in Tampa, received an equity investment of $24 million from LLR Partners, a private equity group based in Philadelphia.

VectorLearning represents LLR's fourth investment in an education firm, a release says. Across all industries, LLR manages $1.4 billion in investments.

Founded in 1999, VectorLearning currently serves more than 300,000 student clients, offering 1,500 online courses in more than 200 subjects. The company is led by CEO Tom Wallace.
