CAPE CORAL — One estate in Cape Coral has set a sales price record for the second time. The home at 5832 Armada Court in Cape Harbour recently sold for $4.125 million, the highest sale in Cape Coral since the first sale of the house in 2013 for $5.3 million.

Realmark Realty Broker Ted Stout listed and sold the property both times.

Armada Court in Cape Harbour is one of the few gated waterfront communities on the Southwest Florida coast. The 18,000-square-foot home is situated on four lots with two vacant lots on either side, providing privacy. In addition to the main house, it includes a guest cottage, caretaker's quarters, six bedrooms, a vanishing edge pool with beach entry, a garage that can house seven cars, more than 560 feet of seawall, seven boat docks and two boat lifts to accommodate multiple yachts.

The new owner plans to remodel the home in a modern style, following the popular Mediterranean revival real estate trend.
