VENICE — Zilber Residential Group announced construction is underway on the Treviso Grand apartments in Venice.
The complex will include 272 rental residences near the corner of Laurel Road and Knights Trail Road in the Mirasol mixed-use development. According to a press release, the first residents are expected to move in around April 2019.
The community has one, two and three-bedroom residences from 574 to 1,252 square feet.
Amenities include a fitness center, pool deck with built-in grilling stations, heated saltwater pool, clubhouse, central lake with walking path, two bocce ball courts, dog park, fire pit and outdoor pavilion.
Real estate and asset management company Zilber is headquartered in Milwaukee. It is majority-owned by the Joseph and Vera Zilber Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit grant-making institution. It develops residential, commercial and light industrial properties and interval ownership resorts.
