SARASOTA — Funeral, cemetery and cremation services company Service Corporation International announced that the Toale family joined the Dignity Memorial network in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
The family includes area funeral professionals Robert Toale, Debbie Toale, and their sons, Jason and Jeff.
Dignity Memorial is a network of more than 2,000 funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers in North America.
According to a press release, three local funeral homes will be renamed to reflect the change in leadership.
Palms-Robarts Funeral Home & Memorial Park is now called Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park. Manasota Memorial Park and Funeral Home has been renamed Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park. Weigand Brothers Funeral Home will be called Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home – Weigand Chapel.
Two of the funeral homes will be renovated. The plans include a second chapel addition to Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park and refreshing the property at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home – Weigand Chapel.
