Two Roads Development will aid in the rise of Tampa’s Riverwalk Place

TAMPA — Two Roads Development, a West Palm Beach-based specialist in luxury tower projects, has forged a partnership with Feldman Equities, the Tampa company that’s developing the 50-story Riverwalk Place in downtown Tampa.

According to a press release, Two Roads will be a co-owner of the Ashley Drive condominium tower — which is set to become Tampa’s tallest building — and will take a lead role in the design, construction and sales of residences and services.

“The Riverwalk Place tower will become the centerpiece of the Tampa skyline and the hub of all this growing energy that is developing in downtown Tampa along the river,” Two Roads managing partner Taylor Collins states in the release. “Tampa’s market is attracting interest from across the country, and demand is growing for ultra-high-rise towers downtown. We are thrilled to be partnering with Feldman Equities as our co-developer in the project.”

The release also states that Two Roads has built and financed more than $1 billion in projects in multiple states, including the 52-story Biscayne Beach tower in downtown Miami and the currently under construction, 57-story Elysee Miami tower.

In addition to more than 200 luxury condo residences, Riverwalk place will offer 10 levels of office space, more than 150 yards of riverfront promenade and five restaurants.
