RMC Property Group is hoping to sell a significant office building in the Floriland Office Center in Tampa on behalf of a California owner.

RMC is seeking $16.5 million for the 9309 N. Florida Ave. property, for owner FL 9-14 Fund LLC.

FL 9-14 is a Ladera Ranch, Calif., company controlled by Evan Gentry and Kurt Mullen, according to state records. It acquired the single-story building in March 2015 for $14.76 million, according to property records.

The 161,500-square-foot building is roughly 97% occupied by Ultimate Medical Academy, Hillsborough County and other tenants. The property generates net operating income of roughly $1.65 million annually, according to commercial real estate research firm CoStar Group.

The Floriland building was completed in 1972 and substantially renovated in August 2006.
