Tampa home to Kazakhstan tech center

TAMPA — Innovaro Inc. of Tampa and the National Agency for Technological Development JSC of the government of Kazakhstan have created the newly opened American - Kazakhstan Technology Cooperation Center.

The center's goal is to foster technological cooperation and research and development between companies and research institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United States. It will also handle technology transfer between the two countries.

The American - Kazakhstan Technology Cooperation Center will be located at Innovaro's corporate headquarters, 2109 E. Palm Ave., Tampa. Kassymkan Kapparov will represent National Agency for Technological Development JSC at the center.

“The center's activities will deepen the relationship Innovaro already enjoys with the Republic of Kazakhstan, and we look forward to our work together promoting innovation within Kazakhstan,” Asa Lanum, Innovaro's chairman and CEO, says in a press release.
