TAMPA — Larry Starr and Matt Christian of SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota have teamed up to launch SVN Coastal Commercial Advisors, a commercial real estate investment advisory firm that will serve the Tampa and St. Petersburg markets.
Starr, according to a press release, is the owner of the new firm; Christian serves as managing director.
SVN Coastal Commercial Advisors, the release states, will serve an array of property assets in the greater Tampa and St. Petersburg market: multi-family, land, medical office, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, accelerated sales, marina, property management and leasing.
“This is the third-largest market in Florida, one that’s growing rapidly,” Starr states in the release. “We’re ready to take advantage of that growth. Our team is made up of seasoned advisors who know the area well, and we have the successful SVN brand behind us. That puts us in an excellent position.”
Also joining the SVN Coastal Commercial Advisors team are local market experts Kenny Anderson, John Milsaps and Josh Davis.
