BRADENTON — SUNZ Holdings CEO Steven Herrig was selected to serve on the Transition Advisory Committee on the Economy by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
According to a press release, Herrig joins a bipartisan group of 45 business leaders and former lawmakers statewide.
"I’m excited to provide sound economic advice on behalf of insurance providers and recipients in Florida," says Herrig in the statement. "I also look forward to collaborating with my fellow committee members to ensure a positive economic future for the state."
Sunz is a Bradenton-based insurance carrier, with over 300 employees. SUNZ Holdings LLC provides large deductible workers’ compensation insurance and insurance services to professional employer organizations, staffing companies and large employers.
