NAPLES – Suffolk is set to begin construction on the first phase of vertical construction at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest luxury life plan community.

The continuing care community is a partnership between Moorings Park and custom homebuilder and developer London Bay Homes. The architect is BSSW Architects.

Located on 55 acres in Naples, Moorings Park Grande Lake will include three, seven-story buildings totaling 47 high-end independent living units overlooking Naples Grande Golf Course. Units range in size from 2,210 to 3,230 square feet.

“The product being put forward by this collaboration is going to be spectacular, and we are honored to be a part of it,” says Josh Christensen, COO of Suffolk’s Florida Gulf Coast region, in a release.

Amenities will include a clubhouse, casual and formal dining areas, private dining room, card room, art studio, fitness center, salon and spa, a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, and The Center for Healthy Living. Nearby will be a yoga pavilion, walking paths, boardwalks, gardens, fire pits, overlooks and bird-watching posts.

Suffolk has completed other projects for Moorings Park, including construction of Building R, the community’s clubhouse addition and renovation, and Moorings Park at Grey Oaks Phase IV.

Suffolk is a privately held national building contractor with $3 billion in annual revenue. It has offices in Tampa and Fort Myers as well as Boston, New York City, Miami, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego.
