BUYER: Equestrian Bull LLC, St. Petersburg

SELLER: Gerard McHale Jr. as Chapter 11 Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Brasota Mortgage Co. Inc.

PROPERTY: 15830 Country Road 675 and vacant acreage, Parrish

PRICE: $900,000

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Porges Hamlin Knowles & Prouty PA, Bradenton

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: St. Petersburg real estate investor Michael Galinski purchased an equestrian center on nearly 210 acres in Parrish for $900,000.

The property includes 86 horse stables and a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse building.

Galinski, CEO of the electronics distributor America II Electronics, purchased the property as a long-term investment. He is renaming the facility the Parrish Equestrian Center and has installed new management.

“We're planning to bring the property back to life,” Galinski says. “I would say 75% of the land is still undeveloped. I think in the long term, 10 years from now, we may develop equestrian estates in the back, when and if the property [demand] comes back in Parrish.”

Galinski owns about 1,000 acres of mainly rural real estate in Manatee County and commercial real estate in Pinellas County.
