ST. PETERSBURG - Smith & Associates will soon open a new office in downtown St. Petersburg. The new location at 1100 Fourth St. N. will eventually be the base of operations for 50 agents, a release says.
Robert Glaser, owner of Smith & Associates, purchased the 15,552-square-foot building for $625,000 from 1100 4th St. LLC, which was represented by Commercial Asset Partners Realty broker Paula Clair Smith.
The newest addition, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of this year, represents Smith & Associates' fourth office location.
“The popularity of the St. Petersburg urban core continues to grow, and our new office gives us the ability to help even more buyers and sellers there,” Glaser says.
Smith & Associates sold 1,330 homes in 2011, representing $542 million in sales.
