TAMPA — Andrew Sclater-Booth has joined Skyway Capital Markets LLC, a Tampa-based boutique investment firm, as senior vice president.
According to a news release, Sclater-Booth brings more than 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking to Skyway. He most recently served as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions at Dynasty Financial Partners.
Sclater-Booth’s expertise, the release states, includes capital raising, merger and acquisition advice and debt restructuring services. He has completed more than $5 billion in investment banking mandates during his career.
“The breadth of Andrew’s experience adds a lot of value for our clients and enhances the strength of our team as we deepen our experience across a wide array of industries,” Skyway Capital Markets CEO Russ Hunt states in the release.
