VENICE — SinoFresh Health Care Inc. finalized a distribution agreement with Cardinal Health for its line of nasal, oral, and topical antiseptic products.
“Cardinal Health distributes medications, over-the-counter and other consumer health products to thousands of retail pharmacies nationwide,” explained SinoFresh CEO David Olund. “Securing distribution here allows for significant market accessibility for SinoFresh products, not to mention the positive impact we feel it will have on revenues as well as brand integrity and recognition.”
Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Cardinal Health generated $98.5 billion in revenues over the 12-month period ended June 30. In July, the company partnered with another health care-focused firm based on the Gulf Coast, SRI Surgical Express Inc.
SinoFresh Health Care Inc. is based in Venice. The company's board appointed a new chairman, as well as a new CEO (Olund), last month.
