TAMPA -- A 6,500-square-foot outparcel to the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa sold for $3.5 million, according to a release issued by SRS Real Estate Partners this week.
Located at 8206 Citrus Park Drive, the strip center is currently occupied by FedEx Office and Verizon Wireless.
Seller Johnson Citrus LLC was represented by SRS Real Estate's Blake Hunter, along with William Snow, a former SRS associate. ZZICARDI Inc. was the buyer in the deal, represented by Jacky Londono of Morgan Whitney Inc.
