BRADENTON — The Sawgrass Cove Apartments sold for $23.2 million last week. The 336-unit complex is located at 4801 47th Ave. W., in Bradenton.
Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale. Chicago-based Equity Residential was the seller in the deal, while a partnership between Atlas Real Estate Partners, based in New York, and Andover Real Estate Partners in Florida bought the property.
The complex's 336 units offer 342,880 square feet of space and are situated in 21 two-story buildings spread across roughly 28 acres of land. The units were 97% occupied at the time of sale, according to a release.
Cole Whitaker, a partner at Hendricks, worked with associate partner Hal Warren to negotiate the transaction.
