A new managing director and executive vice president of agency has emerged at Perform[cb], a Sarasota-based marketing services provider.
Craig McGlynn originally joined the team last September as the VP of agency sales. McGlynn came to the organization with a decade of leadership experience, including being head of publishers for the Amazon Associates program and VP of advertisers Viglink, a platform for content creators that was acquired by Sovrn.
"From the moment I met Craig, I've been impressed with his experience and passion for the industry,” says Erin Cigich, CEO, in a release. “He's seen the inside of countless programs over his career and is constantly thinking about the next horizon for affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, and partnerships.”
McGlynn stepped into his new role in May with the focus of building the leadership team and assisting with the transitions of new roles.
“Positioning him at the helm of the agency was a natural progression given his strengths in leadership and expertise in all aspects of the industry," Cigich continues. "He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and is working with his leadership team to foster a culture of curiosity and accountability."
The firm also announced additional leadership roles had been filled. Angie Stockman, the former director of accounts, was promoted to VP of client services. Mandi Pinar joined the firm last month as director of accounts. And Quin Talaric was promoted to director of operations from being the program manager.
