Williams Parker, one of most long-standing law firms in the Sarasota-Bradenton region, has added a new partner. Real estate attorney and Sarasota native Natalie Coldiron recently joined the firm's real estate practice, which now employs 16 attorneys with the new addition and 18 real estate paralegals and legal assistants.

Coldiron joins the downtown Sarasota firm from being a former attorney at Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., another Sarasota-based firm. She has more than a decade of experience with residential real estate transactions, including real property closings and title insurance matters.

“We are thrilled that Natalie is joining Williams Parker and bringing her expertise and exceptional level of client service,” Williams Parker President Michael Wilson says in a news release. “She compliments and expands the firm’s already extensive transactional real estate law team. Our clients will benefit from Natalie’s laser-sharp focus and practical approach to negotiating and closing today’s complex real estate deals.”

Coldiron, an active Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee member, is also a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Women’s Council of Realtors Sarasota Chapter.

“Williams Parker’s stellar reputation, combined with my extensive real estate connections, creates exciting opportunities,” Coldiron says. “In addition to its already far-reaching real estate practice and sphere of influence in the region, the firm’s myriad capabilities will further bolster the expertise I provide my clients. On a personal note, I value the firm’s culture of caring … about its professionals, clients, and the community at large.”

Founded in 1925, Williams Parker comprises about 50 attorneys and offers one of Florida’s largest trusts and estates practices, as well as accomplished real estate, tax, employment, corporate, health care and litigation practices. The firm also serves clients’ needs globally through its membership in Ally Law, an international alliance of law firms with a membership of 60 firms that include more than 2,300 lawyers in 100 business centers throughout 40 countries. The firm recently announced it would be moving offices within downtown Sarasota.
