CLEARWATER -- The Ross Realty Group Inc. brokered the sale of three bank-owned office properties in the Tampa Bay area at the end of 2011.
In Clearwater, Gordon King purchased the 4,730-square-foot Able Body Building, located at 24600 U.S. Highway 19 N., for $325,000 from Stearns Bank.
King also purchased a 1,440-square-foot office building in Seminole, at 9801 Seminole Blvd., for $120,000 from Regions Bank.
Poul Hornsleth bought a 1,700-square-foot building in Gulfport, at 5209 S. Gulfport Blvd., for $118,000 from Regions Bank.
In each case, Ross Realty represented the seller.
The trio of transactions increase the number of bank-owned properties moved by Ross Realty and staff to 15 for the year.
