FORT MYERS — Rogers Towers PA will open a new office in Fort Myers, and it has hired away a Henderson Franklin stockholder to run that operation.

Douglas Waldorf Jr. was a partner at Henderson Franklin for nine years before joining Rogers Towers. A search on Henderson Franklin's website for Waldorf's name shows he is still listed as a stockholder, although his personal page has been taken down.

Before entering private legal practice, Waldorf served as vice president and corporate legal counsel for SunTrust Bank in Lee and Collier counties, a release explains.

Rogers Towers' Fort Myers office represents its sixth location in Florida. The Jacksonville-based practice already has an office in Naples.
