FORT MYERS — Robb & Stucky's 24 properties are now being marketed for sale by GA Keen Realty Advisors, a California firm.

The 24 sites range in size from 5,000 to 324,000 square feet. Most are in Florida, but others are located in Arizona, North Carolina, Nevada and Texas, a statement from GA Keen says. The company's Bonita Springs property offers 34,524 square feet of retail space, and occupies two acres of land.

Matthew Bordin, co-president at GA Keen, says his firm is expecting “strong interest” from local retailers hoping to expand or move.

Fort Myers-based Robb & Stucky filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 18. Less than a month later, the firm was sold for liquidation to Hudson Capital and Hyperams LLC for roughly $30 million.
