TAMPA — RMC Property Group acquired the Carrollwood Corporate Center at 8902 N. Dale Mabry Highway, and relocated its corporate headquarters there, occupying 20,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Another 4,000 square feet of space is available for new tenants, RMC said in a statement. Current tenants include People's Choice Realty and Accredited Underwriters.
“Our focus the last few years has been on streamlining operations and gearing up for future growth,” said Mitchell Rice, CEO at RMC. Now the firm is shifting focus, working with clients to help them “implement strategic growth plans for expansion” over the next few years.
RMC manages a portfolio of 50 properties, offering 4.2 million square feet of space. The company has been in business since 1972.
