RFLP Mabry buys Dale Mabry Plaza


BUYER: RFLP Mabry LLC (principal: Samuel Link, Tampa


SELLER: Taub Partners LLC


PROPERTY: 201 S. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa


PRICE: $4.3 million


PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.95 million, June 2006

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Tampa limited liability company RFLP Mabry LLC purchased the 18,348-square-foot South Dale Mabry Plaza for $4.3 million. The purchase price equated to $234 per square foot. The center is anchored by a Drexel Heritage furniture store, Verizon Wireless and a Pei Wei restaurant.


The center was built in 2007 by Taub Partners LLC and occupies a 1.41-acre parcel.


The purchase entity RFLP Mabry LLC mortgaged the property to Regions Bank for 42.58 million.
