BONITA SPRINGS — The Hyatt Residence Club Bonita Springs, Coconut Plantation, is adding a new residential building to its campus.

Bonita Springs-based Gates Construction will build the three-story structure, built over covered parking, according to a statement. The building will feature 24 luxurious studio, one- and two-bedroom residences with private balconies that overlook the Raptor Bay Golf Course. The Hyatt Residence Club Bonita Springs offers a wide variety of amenities, including four pools, a 1,000-foot lazy river pool, close proximity to beaches on a private island and more, the release adds.

Zabala Erickson is handling architectural design, according to the release. The new building is scheduled to be completed this fall.

It has a diversified project portfolio in all types of commercial, institutional, industrial, health care and multifamily construction projects.
