FORT MYERS — Condominium Associates and Precedent Hospitality Management have named Wendy Murray vice president of the Southwest Florida Region. She will oversee operations, sales and acquisitions in the region for the full-service community association and property management companies.
Murray joins Condominium Associates and Precedent Hospitality with decades of industry experience. Her background includes vice president of a local community bank and experience as an executive for a large community association management firm.

Her presence in the area will raise the bar for property management companies across the board."
Murray is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with both the CMCA and AMS designations. She is a state-approved presenter for numerous continuing education community association manager courses and she has experience as a board president for a large Homeowners Association and experience as a Florida Supreme Court-Certified County Court Mediator.
Headquartered in Clearwater, the combined companies employ more than 300 in Florida and manage communities that total more than 28,000 homes. Precedent Hospitality Management further specializes in hospitality, golf course, and food and beverage management.
