TAMPA — Pilgrim Software Inc., a Tampa-headquartered company that provides enterprise software for highly regulated industries, recently appointed Ronald Kozlin as chief financial officer. The change became effective March 1, according to a company release.
Kozlin joins Pilgrim after serving as CFO or director of several firms in the Tampa Bay region including MarineMax Inc. and Fortress Technologies Inc., which was acquired by the defense conglomerate General Dynamics Corp. in 2011.
A company spokeswoman says Pilgrim chose Kozlin based on his experience. Kozlin succeeds the previous CFO, Leonard “Len” Major, who recently retired.
Pilgrim, which is privately held, reported annual revenues of $20 million in 2010 to Inc. magazine. The company has locations in the Netherlands and India in addition to its Tampa headquarters.
