× Miles & Thirion announced that Carrie Wood earned her certified public accountant certificate.


× First State Bank hired Amy Stuttle as a human resources manager at the Clark Road branch in Sarasota.

The bank also announced the election of Betsy Howe as an assistant vice president. Howe previously held the position of commercial loan operations manager.

× 1st National Bank and Trust appointed Rob Donzalski as first vice president and commercial loan team leader. It also appointed Terry Wells as first vice president and retail manager for 1st National Bank & Trust, Bradenton.


× Kellogg & Kimsey Inc. hired Tom Clutter as senior project manager.


× United Way promoted Sheila Belknap to vice president of resource development; Katie Knight to vice president of community impact; and Kathy Plummer to vice president of finance and administration.
