RIVERVIEW -- Publix Super Markets Inc. will open a new store in Hillsborough County this week.
The Riverview store will occupy 45,600 square feet of retail space, and provide jobs to 100 employees.
Publix currently operates more than 1,000 grocery stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. It employs roughly 150,000 workers, and generated revenues of $25.1 billion in 2010.
